Contract Opportunities: Legal Services 

ACCWP is seeking expert on-call legal guidance and advice on compliance with the Municipal Regional Permit, Clean Water Act and NPDES regulation, California Water Code; assistance with the negotiation of future permit requirements; legal guidance and advice on municipal ordinances as they relate to stormwater; state unfunded mandates; as well as support for the legal aspects of the Program administration.

 SOQs are welcome from sole proprietorships, partnerships, or corporations. SOQs must be submitted by 3/2/2026. See the RFQ for details.
