About the Clean Water Program
Everybody in Alameda County is connected to our creeks, wetlands and the Bay, through the network of storm drains found in every neighborhood. Water from rainstorms that enters the storm drain system contains pollutants that can ultimately harm our local water. Reducing these pollutants is our mission.
