The Program
Member Agencies
The Program’s member agencies are: Alameda County, the cities of Alameda, Albany, Berkeley, Dublin, Emeryville, Fremont, Hayward, Livermore, Newark, Oakland, Piedmont, Pleasanton, San Leandro, Union City, the Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, and the Zone 7 Water Agency.

The Management Committee meets monthly on the fourth Wednesday, except in November and December. Agendas are posted a few days before the meeting. The next Management Committee Meeting will be held on August 26, 2026, click here for the Agenda.
