NDS SWPPP Sign Template

The 2022 CGP requires that a sign containing specific project information be posted where the public can view it. In addition, some agencies may have adopted the optional language from the ACCWP model ordinance regarding posting an information sign at project sites subject to the C.6 requirements of the MRP.  This document provides background information, guidance, and a template sign containing the basic information that satisfies both the 2022 CGP and ordinance requirements. Members can modify the sign information and display requirements to meet their needs.
