The Alameda Countywide Clean Water Program's interactive Hydromodification Management Susceptibility Map uses ESRI's Free ArcReader program to deliver the interactive mapping application. To view and use this interactive map version, you will need to download the latest version from ESRI.

After installation of ArcReader, install the HM Susceptibility Map project files which can be downloaded at:

This is a Zip archive (approx. 8 MB). After downloading it, transfer the contents to a new folder on your computer using an extraction option that preserves the subfolder structure. Then open the map project file Alameda Countywide Clean Water Program.pmf located in the map folder by double clicking on it.

Once the ArcReader window has opened to display the Hydromodification Susceptibility Map, you can use the View>Bookmark function to zoom in on to the municipal area that you are interested in. A Help menu describes other software functions.
